I’ve moved on to bigger and better things. Specifically a new website, called Mode and the Like, where I will be pursuing my aspiration of fashion journalist by commenting on culture and fashion. Unfortunately all of this old content will not be transferred, but I am going to keep this site up so that I and everyone who has looked at it before can continue to access the photos and other posts. The Met Gala was a sight to be seen, as celebrities left and right strutted down the red carpet in dozens of different designers. Hosted at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, around 725 guests attended. The theme of this year’s Costume Institute’s exhibition was “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity.” (Left, Emma Watson in Burberry)
